Welcome to the SnowCrew Shop (the "Shop"), operated by SnowCrew ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Shop.
1. General Information

2. Pre-Order Products
All items sold through the Shop are pre-order products. This means that items are not shipped from existing stock but are produced and/or sourced upon order confirmation. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of successful payment.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, supplier availability, courier performance, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.
- We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay (more than 5 additional business days).
- Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed, except as provided in the Refund Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or via manual bank transfer / IPS QR code, depending on availability.
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.
- We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider (e.g., currency conversion fees, international transaction fees).
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to the European Union, Western Balkans, and selected international destinations.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and courier.
- EU orders: Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days.
- Non-EU orders: Delivery times may be longer and are subject to customs processing. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Key points:
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- SnowCrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Shop or any products purchased.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
- We do not warrant that the Shop will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of SnowCrew or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Shop for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Shop.
- Submit false or misleading information (including payment or shipping details).
- Resell products purchased from the Shop without our authorization.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Shop and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnowCrew, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Shop, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia.

12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
